We will be holding Officer Elections. As we started last year, nominations will handled through the website: http://www.azaapt.org/officer%20nominations.html.  Where you will find descriptions of the duties for each office. Then use the email link at the top of the page to the nomination committee to let them know which office(s) you are interested in. A member of the nomination committee will nominate you at the Fall meeting. Serving as an officer is a great way to serve the Physics teacher community and did I mention the perks are fantastic! So give it some thought – 98% of officers say the experience has been one of the most rewarding of their career. (Okay, you’re right, I just made up that statistic. But speaking personally, I have enjoyed working with some great people)
